GM Stripunsky has gained great respect and recognition as one of America's Elite Grandmasters and is known as one of the Premier Chess Coaches in the US after serving as one of the trainers for the historic 2004 Women Olympiad Training Squad and as Coach of the Women’s Olympian Team. He followed this honor by being the US Co-Champion in 2005, his only loss being to Hikaru Nakamura in the playoff match.

He has been a coach for many of the top young chess players in the country, including Parker Zhao and Jake Kleiman, while continuing to play competitively and win tournaments such as the Manhattan Open (2014), Continental Open (2008, 2018, 2014), Atlantic Open (2014), National Congress (2010) and Philadelphia Open (2010).

GM Stripunsky’s on-line morning session will be focused on theoretical material according to the lessons' theme. Afternoon sessions will be dedicated to practice. Students will either solve exercises or play special training positions.
