Time limit: G/60, d5; Rounds: 9:30 AM, 11:45, 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM.

1ST - 3RD: $200, $150, and $100
TOP U1400 - $50 & TOP U1200 - $50

Advance (postmarked by January 20th) - $30 / at site - $35.
Registration ends ½ h before1st round. Late entrants will receive 1/2-point bye for round 1
U.S. Chess Federation membership required.
Only 1 .5 point bye is allowed if requested before the start of round 2!
