Since the tournaments of the first two sections were played in Grand Master and Master Camps, this week\'s Day Camp tournaments started with Section 3 and Michael won that section. First place in Section 4 was taken by Christian, Conor won Section 5 (Ari took 2nd place) and Mark won in Section 6.
At this time there were as many as five training groups in the Day Camp. In Tania\'s Group, Michael and Ricky were locked in a persistent struggle for first place. As a result, the victory was won by our more experienced camper Michael. We are very happy to inform you that a lot of campers decided to participate in the Problem-Solving Competition this week. All of them demonstrated a lot of patience while sweating a lot over complicated problems. Stefan (open group) and Suvir (unrated group) have become absolute winners!
This week our strongest Day Camp students also recklessly competed for the Home Work Prize. Michael won it!
Due to the large number of students, the traditional Friday Team Blitz and BugHouse Tournament was held in three sections. As a result, the victory in the GM/Master section was won by the team of Aryeh Leib & Jane. Christian & Brant took the first place in the day Camp 1 section and Lydia & Sewit – in the Day Camp 2 section.
The best in sports groups were:
