2024 Fall Master Classes

Embark on an exciting chess journey with our upcoming Master Classes, continuing with WGM Irina Levitina, GM Alexander Stripunsky, and GM Elshan Moradiabadi for the Fall semester! Secure your spot by registering now for these exclusive programs tailored for aspiring chess enthusiasts.

For Future Master classes, join WGM Levitina on Mondays from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and GM Stripunsky on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. For Master classes, join WGM Levitina on Mondays from 6:35 pm to 8:05 pm, GM Moradiabdi on Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and GM Stripunsky on Saturdays from 11:15 am to 1:15 pm. Classes with WGM Levitina and GM Moradiabadi will be conducted online, while those with GM Stripunsky will be held in a hybrid format, allowing for in-person attendance in Glen Rock.

Benefit from the extensive expertise of WGM Irina Levitina, a four-time Soviet Women's Champion (1971, 1978, 1979, and 1981) and U.S. Women's Champion (1991, 1992, and 1993), in our Master Classes. Additionally, tap into the wealth of knowledge brought by GM Alexander Stripunsky, celebrated for coaching the 2004 Women Olympiad Training Squad and securing victories in prestigious tournaments such as the Continental Open, Philadelphia Open, Atlantic Open, and Manhattan Open. Lastly, experience the strategic brilliance of GM Elshan Moradiabadi, who has twice qualified to compete in the U.S. Championships (2020 and 2022) by clinching the top spot at the U.S. Open. As a coach, GM Elshan has imparted his expertise as the U.S. cadet coach at the Pan American Youth Championships (2019), served as Head of Delegations at the World Cadet Championships (2019), and led the U.S. Open team at the World Team Championship (2019).
