In Week 6, we celebrated several exciting milestones and hosted fun activities. We held a ritual coffee drinking ceremony for Michael Lokhov, who reached a USCF rating of 1200.
We also organized a rock-paper-scissors knockout tournament that brought out everyone's competitive spirit. On Friday, Evan was honored as the honorary "Circle of Doom" thrower for achieving a USCF rating of 1500. Additionally, Rihaan emerged victorious in the Yuka food scanner app challenge.
This week we had a special rock paper scissors tournament. We started with a knockout stage until 6 players remained. Then Evan, Assaf, Bowen, Maxim, Ethan, and Kevin participated in a round robin to determine the top 2. After the round robin we played a best of 7 between Maxim and Evan to determine the champion. In the end, Evan pulled out the victory becoming the first rock paper scissors champion.
