Abramov Family Outplays The Shlionsky Family In ICA Family Competition; 
Pasarkar And Konovalenko Families Share Third!

In what may be a unique first, both Eddie, and Benny Abramov scored perfectly to claim mutual firsts in their sections and first in the family competition.   Both brothers will receive free entry into the next ICA Scholastic tournament, scheduled for April, and free entry into the next two ICA Monday Night Tournament cycles.

The Shlionsky family was a close second place, with Aron claiming a perfect score with four points,  but Yisroel drawing one game and only scoring three-and-a-half points.  Each brother gets free entry into the next ICA scholastic tournament, and free entry into the next ICA Monday Night Tournament cycle.

The Pasarkar, and Konovalenko families both scored seven points total to finish joint third with each of the family members receiving a chess book as a reward.

Forty-eight individuals, comprising a total twenty-four families competed in the family competition.
