Keep Your Chin Up: Chins, Salnikovs, and Goldfarbs
All score Six Points Winning Fall Family Competition!
Yes yes we are running out of family related puns. However, that shouldn’t affect the Chin, Salnikov, or Goldfarb families in their successful quest to earn free entry into our next Dr. Ostfeld Memorial Winter Tournament on December eighth.
All three families tied with six individual points each though on tiebreaks Angelica, and Jonathan who were playing in the higher rated U1600 section placed above the Salnikovs and Goldfarbs. Both Chins scored three points each and have free entry into the next Dr Ostfeld memorial tournament as well as free entry any Saturday Quads competition in Fair Lawn.
Next up was a double dose of Salnikov as Andrew won section one scoring four points, while Alan chipped in two points to the family total of six. Both brothers also receive free entry into the next Dr Ostfeld memorial tournament (ON DECEMBER 8th!!!!!! REPEAT DECEMBER 8th!!!!!!) as well as free entry into any Saturday Quads competition (Both brothers regularly play at our Quad tournaments which is great training for bigger competitions).
Finally the Goldfarbs attained six points with both Lily adding three points in the second section and Alex putting up three points in the first section. Both can play for free at the Dr Ostfeld Winter tournament on
