Math Instructor
Sasha is a student at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. She is studying materials science and biomedical engineering and wants to work with biomaterials or tissue engineering. Sasha has been involved in engineering since attending high school at Bergen County Academies, where she led the Society of Women Engineers club and participated in cell biology research for all four years.
Sasha has been teaching math for many years, and has taken many levels of math through linear algebra, multivariable calculus, differential equations, and many others. She participated in the math olympiad for many years throughout middle school and high school and has a love for olympiad style problems.
Sasha particularly loves working with kids and has been doing so through various different jobs for many years, such as being a math tutor, a ski instructor, a camp counselor, and many others. She loves learning from them as much as they can learn from her and always looks forward to teaching through ICA.
